Texa and has also helped open dallas based restaurants like Catbird and Nine at The National and was former executive chef of EXXIR Hospitality and ran 5 restaurant concepts throughout the Bishop Arts District. He also has experience working at the number one ranked restaurant in the world, the 3 Michelin-Star, Eleven Madison Park in New York City.
